Carlisle Support Services provide dedicated support functions to leading retailers and manufacturers of consumer goods to help them do just that. Coordinating several teams of people whilst trying to obtain field data and images back from the stores, issue brand activation tasks and training materials proved to be a mammoth task.

The Solution

TeletrackLIVE is a retail activation app which provides a centralised place for retail merchandisers to submit surveys, receive activation tasks and submit photographs from anywhere on the planet. Delivered as a PWA (progressive web app) there are no restrictions on device type and roll out to hundreds of people across the country was as simple as sending an URL. Since using TeletrackLIVE, Carlisle Support Services have been able to centralise their retail merchandising and support efforts to a single place and receive unprecedented levels of data back from the field; the use of TeletrackLIVE's DashMagic product has this data available to their clients in dashboards updated in real-time.
